"We needed the heat pump repaired and Freon added. Robert was very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a new a/c installed and that went very well too.. James and Cordell installed that."

"The whole house could hear the vibration when our two year old Tran xv20i heat pump was at 67% work load. It seems the issue started from day one it was installed. Tried to reach out the installer but they went under. In June, I called McCrea. Mark Dzbynski came over, carefully checked everything and then concluded that refrigerant was not charged to the correct capacity. He explained that our system line is longer than usually and additional refrigerant is needed to compensate the length. He carefully calculated and addded the correct amount based on the temperate & length. From June and Oct, the vigration never came back. No one can tell when the system is on because it works so quietly. I really appraicate the work done by Mark and his work ethinics. Very pleased!"

"I had them install a mini split heat/cool system. This is the first day but so far I believe it will make my home more comfortable. They took time to explain the process and to find the best method for this installation. I found them to be professional and friendly."

"Came quickly, repaired and serviced heat pump. Aero Therm will be my go-to from now on, highly recommend this business. Thank you"

"I highly recommend this repairman! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was fixed correctly. He arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and his workmanship was excellent. It’s hard to find someone who is reliable, honest, and takes pride in their work, but he definitely does. If you need repairs done right the first time, he’s the person to call. I’ll definitely be using his services again!"

"Brad was great explaining everything from the work that needed done to the heat pump units themselves. I liked that he called prior to his arrival with an ETA . Did do a free estimate with us. We decided not to go with Tristate in the end and went with a small local business instead but Brad was super friendly and helpful."

"We were without heat one Sunday evening and Sean came out, crawled into and attic and fixed the problem. We also had replace the AC System in our home. Clean work."

"They were hired to fix my heat and they fixed it! What else is there to know. Dame day it was working, no parts needed replaced, just cleaned. Charged the minimum inspection/service fee. Out the door they went."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
