"The installation was efficient and satisfactory; however, I would have appreciated it if the sales rep, when meeting with me at my home and going over the options, would have pointed out that the color of the window frame would not match the color of surrounding wood."

"They came out and fixed my problem. Their price was fair. The garage door has not broken since. He called two to three times to say that he was running late. It was 8 o’clock when he got here and there was no additional charge. I had the door fixed so that I can have the car parked in that garage. I would rate them B because he was so late. The quality of work he did is good. It did not need any rework. When I called I was answered by a human being immediately. Their response to my call was good, but he turned up late. He was professional. I was satisfied with what he did though he was late. He was professional and he checked the other garage door to make sure everything was working fine."

"All I wanted was a roof over my deck and how I got talked into a sunroom against my daughter's advice I still don't know. Now I'm stuck with a 15-year monthly payment for a sunroom that I do not use because it is like an open window into my house and an oven at best in the daytime in August. What it will be like in December/January, I can only imagine These people were only interested in selling me a room without any afterthought on how to make it livable. They showed me a sample of glass that was very darkly tinted and encased in aluminum but installed clear see- through glass encased in some kind of plastic material they say is fiberglass , that can be seen through from a mile away. They promised to reinforce the deck but only added some untreated wood to square out a corner of the deck that was previously angled. I wish they could remove everything they did and let me rebuild my deck. I am very very unhappy about all of this.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Jake and his team were great. They installed as agreed and did so in a professional manner. The project took a couple of days but they held to their word and did everything well. Very customer focused and will work until you are happy. Highly recommend."

"The contract was signed July 16, 2020. Supplies delivered to home August 24, 2020 concrete pallet and wood left in driveway work started August 31, 2020 not by Pro Contracting but by Miller Fencing LLC. Was never told of this company until they showed up at my door. They completed the fence in 2 days but the handles to open the door was not sturdy and did not installl brackets to secure the one side of the double gate so the wind wood not blow open. The additional items had to be bought ourselves to make sure double gate was sturdy. They also left the concrete and extra materials in the driveway. Most of concrete was hard and unusable since delievery was 1 week before project started and it rained alot. Clearly they ordered to much concrete we have 18 bags on our property still!!!! and wood this cause the fence to be expensive. Plus I called ever week to check status of when they would start. I am glad I have my fence, but will not be using them again."
