"Install crew was great. Owner Craig went through great lengths to make sure system size and model would be the best fit. After inspecting rooms that typically ran about 6 degrees warmer in summer or cooler in winter,installed another vent in one room,changed duct size and trunk line work for the other. Multiple times I was told that they wanted to make sure whole house was comfortable. Problem was resolved! Installed new carrier heat pump,fan coil/ac,humidifier and air cleaner box. This was 3rd quote and others similar in price but the customer experience and concern for addressing a long time room temperature balance issue was addressed and corrected. That is when I immediately placed a call to Zoned Comfort Heating and Cooling. I have used them before and they have been dependable and responsive to an individual's needs for cooling and heating. "I called Mark on a Tuesday about my old furnace which was acting up. He came over THAT AFTERNOON and with the information he gave me, I decided that it was time to replace it. On Thursday of that week I came home from work and the new unit was installed! Mark and his crew are professional, clean and knowledgeable. "It went great.  The young man came in and went right to work.  I bought the house a year prior and apparently this has not been done on this heating system probably since it was installed.  The technician showed me before he started and after and it has been running much better.

"It turned out okay. I was a little bit disappointed. I went with Lowe's because they were cheaper than the guy I had used in the past. But I just didn't feel that the ducts got totally cleaned out. My wife said, "Well, why don't you have them back?" I said, "I think it's the machine." The one they used before had a big powerful thing on the truck. This was more of a portable sucking fan or whatever. I just don't think it pulled stuff out as good as the other. I happened to look at one place where I had noticed a lot of debris on the floor. He was trying to blow through the ducts and it still seemed to be there when they were done. I was so-so with it. There were no other charges. The guy was very nice. He told me he threw in a sanitizer because we were relatively an easy job. He backed his truck in the driveway and rolled the thing off his truck. He didn't have to bring it down the basement or something. He said he talked to his office and they were fine with that. He was just very nice. But, I just didn't think he did as good a job as the guy who had the truck mounted thing that I used the time before. I would recommend them to come with a more powerful sucking machine. I went with them because of the price. But, I don't think the value was there. Next time, I'll pay more and go back to the guy who had the more powerful machine on his truck. We got it done within a week of when I had made the payment. The responsiveness was fine."

"Wow, it's great to know that great customer service still exists! Our furnace was on it's last leg (stopped working) and we were thinking of trying to fix it ourselves, I thought that we only needed a Hot Surface Ignitor.
I called and asked if I could buy one, they gladly said yes after so many said no. Anyway, after further thought, we decided just to have them come out. The woman on the phone (Ashley) was very accommodating and was willing to take extra steps to look up additional information for me.
The young man who thy sent to check the furnace was prompt and on time. He trouble shot (at least for an hour and a half) until he found out what the problem was. He gave us the price to replace the part. After considering the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing, we decided to replace. The service man was equipped with the catalog and the prices to speak intelligently about what we needed.
We appreciated that he didn't have to make a million calls to get the information that we needed. He then called Sue to find out when they would be able to install, the closest time was the following Monday (it was Friday and very cold). We then asked if they would be able to do it on Saturday. They were able to accommodate us for a slight premium which we felt was fair ($250).
They said that they would be there on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and arrived at 8:15 a.m. - great! They worked very hard and got the furnace installed, the OWNER, even came out and shook our hands which was a very nice touch. They were done at about 3 p.m. We can't wait to get our A/C replaced in the spring and and work with WeatherKing - first class company!

"I was highly pleased with Jim's work. He not only accomplished everything on my list, but he made several suggestions on several
issues that added further performance improvements. 
Jim's response time from my original call was excellent. He is very easy to work with, communicates well and is very customer-oriented.
 
The amount he charged me for the work done and considering the time spent traveling to my house, doing the work and answering my questions and giving me advice was very reasonable. 
I highly recommend Jim for computer installation, network issues,  problem resolution and performance improvement. I will definitely call him in the future for any new issues I have.

"Came in, gave an estimate, and saw we needed more work than the Big Deal covered.  Credited me for it, and added the remaining Labor and materials on.  He broke down his quote into sections, so I wouldn't have to do them all at once. 
Finally, he recommeded getting a Home Energy Assessment from Dominion East Ohio before and after he did the work, and I just got a Rebate check from them for $400.00! 
Took the time to explain everything to me, the impact and benefit of everything, and helped me make an educated decision on what to do right away.  I wasn't there during the installation, but my wife said they were very professional.
I definitely plan to use them again, to do the rest of the work.
