"Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. The whole evolution was a positive event and we will gladly refer Orbit Energy & Power LLC, as a HAVC company that I will work with again."

"The gentleman who came on site was prompt and professional. I assume he did a good job. That said, one reason I wanted the work done is because during especially heavy rain storms I have a window that leaks. My hope was that a good caulking job would fix the leak. Six months later we had such a storm and the window leaked just as badly as before. I understand of course that leaks are often not easy to figure out -- especially after the fact when everything is dry. As near as I can tell, the $530 investment was in no way recovered through savings on heat bills -- the service was advertised as a way to save energy in the cold months (and maybe the hot months for that matter as well). But the work that was advertised -- caulking around windows -- was done promptly and, as far as I can tell, done reasonably well. I checked the box that I would not have this provider do work in the future -- I would not have this provider caulk my windows in the future because in retrospect it doesn't seem like a great investment. I wouldn't rule out having this provider do other work.
