We placed the order, scheduled the installation, and haven't thought twice about our decision. The windows are very high quality and we constantly get compliments from our guests about how attractive they are. The two man installation crew was prompt, courteous, and fast. They had 8 windows replaced by noon with now mess for us to take care of. I liked the fact that the installers weren't kids. I want my skilled labor hires to be experienced and able to problem solve on the spot. The bottom line is we are very happy with our Zen Windows and our experience with Dan's company. He told us that he was not sure if we should get siding put on this type of structure. He told us that he would look into the correct type of repair by calling other experts he worked with. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"It went extremely well. I called them about the week before and gave the approximate measurements over the phone. He gave me an estimate via phone and told me how much extra things like air vents would cost. He came to the house to do the measurements himself, just to make sure. Exactly one week after he measured, the old windows were removed and the new ones were installed. It took about 3 hours, 1 hour per window. They look great, and there is now a ton more light coming into the basement, and these windows are MUCH more secure than the old ones.
