"I had a small leak in a toilet and noticed one of the bolts to the floor was loose. I call TAG and received a call back shortly with a quote and service date. TAG arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the problem, a hairline crack in the water tank. Quoted me a price on a new toilet that was more than fair and arranged an install date. At that time I asked him to get a new kitchen fawcett also without asking for a quote . So they arrived on time, installed the toilet and fawcet and all at a more than fair price. A few weeks ago I needed a new gas water heater so I called Ben, didnât even need to ask price.
