"I contacted Supreme Window and Door to find a good solution to my home office, which is right next to a major high way. My current windows are 20 years old, and are leaking air. Road noise was free to enter, making it a really bad place for work. Albert came by right on time, and recommended a solution with laminated glass windows to me. He also explained the performance differences and cost differences. I decided to give it a try. The order took exactly the amount of time they predicted. Eric and his crew installed the windows very professionally. I noticed one of the windows was not level compared with other windows. Eric explained that it was because of the weight of the laminated glass window, and the frame itself, which is not square. However, he took extra effort to help me adjust it to a good balance. "We are selling our home and the buyer's inspection said that our windows would not hold open. I called William Boston and he was very helpful on the phone and even though he was very busy he asked one of his workers to come out to the house to see what needed to be done. His evaluation was that when the windows were cleaned they were not replaced properly. He took each window out and realigned them so that now they work well and the windows stay in place when opened. I want to thank him for his responsiveness and his ability to do the necessary repairs.

"We had an excellent experience with MW Construction. We received bids from 3 other firms and found their pricing to be competitive. We found MW to be very responsive from the beginning of the design process all the way through project completion. We worked primarily with Greg Marks during the sales/design process then worked with Drew Marks day-to-day during construction. Our home is in a historic district in Alexandria and they were great partners moving the project through city approvals. Once we broke ground there were workers at the house an average of 5 days a week with only the occasional down week waiting on subs or weather. We gave the workers and subs complete access to the house with a punch code door lock and that worked well. We also lived in our home throughout the construction. I was very impressed with Armando, one of the leads, who knew the "right" way to build/fix anything. The project took approximately 6 months of design/approvals (we had to get it approved by a city architectural review board) and then 6 months of construction. We stayed on budget. The thing that impressed me the most about MW was they were always choosing the right way, not the easy way. I felt like they were committed to doing a quality job every step of the way. I'd refer them with 100% confidence and would do business again with them in the future."
