I was calling around to some of the other companies and everyone just wanted to send sales reps out. Jeff picked up the phone around 5PM and we talked through the issues and plan for about half an hour. The next day Josh showed up, took a look, and gave us a reasonable price. They came out (while it was snowing albeit lightly)  and replaced everything the next day. Then they made a follow up call to check the A/C in May (can't really check it when it's 25 degrees outside). They also insulated our attic recently under the MidTN electric/TVA program.
