"The company execs were thorough, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. And did all the work in two days. Also, they cleaned up better than most workers do. Before I agreed to contract them, they analyzed all the problems and issues in and round the house. Eventually I went with most of their suggestions: a new 5-ton A/C, new ducts, several new vents, moving drain pipe to meet permit requirements and so on. I kept the old gas furnace which still works ok. The entire project was not cheap, and not the lowest bid I received. But in the end better to have top of the line analysis, equipment and servicing."
