"Called office to get on schedule and was able to get appointment same day. Office staff was lovely over the phone. Plumber arrived and assessed my kitchen drain line issue. Clarified all my questions and was able to come back the next day for the repair. Would call again for any plumbing issues."

"Juan showed up, but started he didn't have the tool he needed for the job and will have to reschedule me, but he could put me in for the next day but I will have to pay $100 to hold the appointment. Which I zelle him the $100 but when I realized what happened I called him and cancelled it and asked for my $100 back, he started that he can't zelle it but I can pick it up at their office, I asked him to mail it to me which he started he will. Days pass but I didn't receive it so I called their office and someone named Robert stated that it's in the office waiting for me to pick up, and I asked him to mail it to me, because I am unable to drive that far, but I have not received it, and now when I called they send me to voicemail."
