"Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

"Great!  I have used Lee two times since I have moved into my new home last year.  He cleaned the chimney back just after Christmas in 2014 and did a wonderful job.  Cost was around 150.00 and he did not try and tell me a bunch of stuff was wrong.  Even told my husband how to fix the flue frame his self to save on cost.
They came back again this spring to take care of some pintucking our inspector pointed out during the winter (could not be done at that time due to the cold) and also to fix a 5x5 porch landing that was made of brick in a herringbone pattern that the morter had started to crumble on.  Looked wonderful once they were done.

"Finding Nick was such a blessing. Not only did he come out the same day we contacted him to provide us with an estimate, but he was able to pick up where the previous contractor left off. One of the largest things that had my wife and I concerned was that the previous contractor cost us two days off from work and we were unsure if we could get more time off for the job to be completed. Nick started work the very next day and came to the job site over the weekend to make sure that our project would be done in time for us to go back to work as previously scheduled. Nick communicated everything very well, he clearly understands his craft, conducted himself in a professional manner, and most importantly, we are so happy with the end result. "Purchased a deal in November 2013 for full house gutter cleaning. Mentioned during initial contact home also had detached garage. Tech was a no-call no-show on initially scheduled day, and then it got "too cold" to perform for the season. My fall gutter cleaning purchased in Nov '13 did not get performed until May '14. It was incumbent on me to initiate contact with the service in the spring.
Upon contact this spring, they were responsive. All communication had been documented using the messaging system, so there was really no point of dispute between either party. The tech came and service was performed as scheduled, but the garage was not addressed.
So technically, yes, I paid for a whole "house" cleaning, and, even though I mentioned in the very first contact the home had a detached garage, I did not clearly request the garage be included.. but it still seems like missed opportunity for the vendor. With the saplings growing out of the garage gutters, it was pretty evident they needed attention, but I had to contact them again, at which time the tech came out, provided an additional estimate, and performed the service.
I would still use the service again, it was appropriately priced and well done. The minor issue was with the initial tech no-call no-show which ended up pushing the service off for six months, but hey, it was a crazy winter. Can't comment on professionalism/punctuality really because I never came in contact with the tech.
