My furnace was 23 years old. So I knew it had to be replaced soon. Since it was late they loaned use 3 space heaters. I can’t tell you how thankful I was. He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step.
