On-site planners and installers were timely, professional, and courteous. They helped determine the best location for the new A/C unit. They kept us well-informed about the project's progress, explained the installation, and trained us on use of our new thermostat. Our installation was a little tricky, since ventilation and condensate removal had to be run up through the attic and not the crawl space. The installation crew did an excellent job. A minor issue with delivery of the wrong A/C unit from the supplier was handled quickly and smoothly. Last time they inspected and did maintenance, the technician walked me through the way to maintain the water heater, so I can maintain it for free from now on. He was incredibly patient and taught me everything about this intimidating new electronic switch kind. Also took apart and inspected and cleaned all the parts of the heating system. Before this split mini ductless was put in, I had little parabolic heaters through the house, and my heat bill ran around 130$. Energy Trust of Oregon gave me a low interest loan to get insulation in the attic and walls and under the house, and this heat system. Now I have heat in every single room (after 12 years with a freezing bathroom and bedrooms) and the bill averages 26$ a month, AND the house is air conditioned! Amazing difference, worth every penny. This is a company that is trustworthy."
