"we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years. They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.
We are very happy.

"Excellent communication from the office. Steven came at the time that I was told and completed a sump pump replacement. He was patient and communicated with me very well. I have been looking for a new plumber so Good Tidings maybe the one. In terms of price, I don't know how much this would have cost but honestly I have too much in my furnished basement to be concerned when a huge storm is coming. I will be back to install a new backup pump from Good Tidings!"

"I can't say enough great things about J & M Cooling and Heating! The installation of my new central air system was an outstanding experience. A special thank-you to Dan, the supervisor, who made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure the installation was done right and that I was completely satisfied. I also want to recognize the incredible installation team. They spent days working in an extremely hot attic installing my new system, and despite the challenging conditions, they never once complained. They worked tirelessly, stayed professional, and remained courteous and respectful the entire time. Their work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail were truly impressive. They treated my home with great care and left everything clean when the job was finished. My new central air system is running perfectly, and I"

"I called for a central air unit fan that was not spinning on Monday night and it was fixed the next morning before noon. Condenser needed to be replaced and they had one on the truck that was fixed in minutes."

"Our sales rep Matt was great. He explained everything in great detail, Install was fast, next day in fact. Work was done in about 6 hours. They kept the area clean. Purchased both heating unit and AC unit. The price was a little on the high side of the average."

"Lenny and his crew installed a new Lennox furnace for us. The team is courteous and professional. Lenny found that our old humidifier was installed at the wrong place because of the difficult duct work. He went above and beyond his responsibility and installed the new humidifier at the correct position. I greatly appreciate his honesty and utmost professionalism. It is no wonder that his company gets consistently high reviews."

"The line was in the rafters of a high ceiling of the cellar. It led to an outside gas line (for a gas grill hookup) that was capped off at the house. I wanted to replace the valve rather than cap it off. This was a two man job of a plumber, Rob and his assistant. Rob had to get into the window well and work above his head in a very cramped space. This was complicated by having a large porcelain washtub directly under neath it, blocking access. Rob was extremely careful when climbing to get to the valve. They put down a plastic sheet to protect my washer and the sink, and used their ladder to get over to the wall and window well. Rob cut out the valve and put in a new one that is easy to open and close. He had his assistant check the position of the outside outlet as he worked until he adjusted it so the outside outlet was not turned askew. Btw It was raining and his assistant noticed mud on his boots, and asked for a paper towel when we got in the house...he used it to wipe up his footprints from the mud from his shoes as he walked... Rob checked for leaks and found none. They took any of the debris with them, and left everywhere they were spotless. Also, their last job was running longer than anticipated, and they called to let me know even though at least 30 minutes before. It was only about 15 minutes. Well mannered and professional...Could not have been better!

"Technician came promptly and started right to work. After numerous troubleshooting steps he narrowed it down to circuit board. Which required for him to get the circuit board and return. Upon return tech installed circuit board and it still didn't work. Did more troubleshooting found another problem Pulled another part and had to wait until next morning for him to procure part. Twice I was told by the tech that the office would call to let me know when they would return and both times I had to call to find out when they were coming. Second tech comes in with part on hand, replaces part no help. This tech was very good and he was able to figure out what the true problem was. He replace the thermostat (which was twice the price then what Home Depot charges). So out of three parts that was replace how many did I really needed replacing? The most inexpensive part the tech removed because it was quite apparent that it wasn't the issue. However, since we didn't have the first part that was removed there was no way of knowing if that part needed replacing so I had to eat that cost."
