Jose did a great job of trouble shooting the problem with my furnace and showed me which part was defective. He had to special order the replacement parts which took a few days. Soon after he left, someone dropped off two space heaters to keep our house warm until the parts arrived. Jose then installed the new parts and checked out the entire furnace to see if there were other problems. He took photos to help show what the problem was. He was efficient, conscientious, polite and thorough. The office staff and Jose kept me up to date on when he would arrive at my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Air-Tech again if the need arises. They are top notch."

Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. Darrow found the problem and within 45 minutes, the thermostat was replaced and everything was up and running again.
