"I do not mind paying for PROFESSIONAL service and the timely response was great. BUT I do get a little sideways when I TOLD them what the problem was, had everything accessible for a quick in and out repair. I agreed to the $89 dispatch charge (typical) and no problem. That amount was to be refunded into the repair charge? But I did not see it. My 1 item invoice total was $324.14. I knew for a FACT that the electric component to be replaced cost ME anywhere from $13-$50 from China, which exactly like the part that was installed. That is a 900%-1500% increase in cost based on THAT invoice. I trusted these guys would not rip me off, but I feel like they found a sucker. Our A/C works again, we got valuable advise, and a brand new cheap Chinese part replaced. Even when I told the dispatcher what the problem was and asked for a cost to R&R the part, he wouldn't advise, which I thought was odd. Buyer beware. Angi (List) is exactly the scam that the reviewers are talking about."

"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.

"Cody arrived right on time to do the regular service of my gas furnace under the comfort program. He was especially well-informed on potential issues with the installation of my Carrier condensing furnace, including a notice from the manufacturer to make sure the condensate drain piping included a vent so the condensate wouldn't back up into the unit. Another firm had done the install before I found out about Shanco/Peppy. Cody added a vent to the piping in just a couple of minutes, so that potential problem is sorted!"

"JSC was absolutely terrific throughout the process of restoring our home post-water damage. Jon from JSC communicated with us as needed, and would often respond within 10-15 minutes of a call or email. We never had an issue wondering what our next steps looked like or what we needed to do. The quality of the work and attention to detail was stellar. "I was having trouble with my 20+ year old gas furnace "short cycling": the furnace would come on for a short period (1-1.5 minutes) then shut off. My house was not reaching the desired temperature due to this problem. James determined that it was a fan limiting switch that had gone bad and replaced it. This required a trip to the parts house which James was glad to make. Although the furnace was working properly at that point, James was not satisfied with it behavior and literally climbed half way into the furnace cabinet to look for additional problems. After blowing out the interior of the unit, the furnace was working fine and has been ever since. This should have been a relatively quick fix which James could have done and been on his way, but he took the extra time to make the unit functioned CORRECTLY and not just good enough to get by. The furnace is a 1989 model, and needs to be replaced. I appreciate that James took the time to work on what many service people would consider a lost cause, and not worth repairing. The cost of the repair was fair. I will definitely consider Tulley's when I finally replace the furnace."

"It went so much better than expected. Over the phone, other plumbing companies quoted us $1,000 - $1,500 to do the work and replace the valve. When I talked with Seth, on the phone, he offered to come over within a couple of hours, ON A SUNDAY!, and take a look at the problem. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and determined only the center piece of the valve needed to be replaced. There would be no reason to replace the entire valve, tear up the wall/tiles to do the work. He had to access the crawl space (the entire length of the house!) to get to the water shut off valve...and did this 3 times in freezing weather! He was in and out of our house, with the valve fixed and fixture replaced within 1 hour! And he didn't charge us an additional fee for coming out on a Sunday! Seth was very professional, but a down to earth guy. I would recommend him and Driggs Plumbing, in a heartbeat!!"

My wife contacted Superior Water and Air at Costco.  Their representative was incredibly friendly and helpful.  He came to our home, tested our water, and provided great advice on their systems and service.  I had full confidence that had we used their services we would have had a terrific experience.  Their units are rather expensive, but come with top notch warranties and have surprisingly easy to use features, such as a simple filter change system for the RO unit, that appeared far superior to what we had in our former house.

As it turned out, a family member became available to help us with installing our water softener and RO unit, thus saving us hundreds of dollars, so we chose not to use the services of Superior Water & Air.  However, if we do need such service in the future I would be comfortable going with them.

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."
