"Weâ ve been using Aire Serve for many years, first at our old home in Hoover and now at our current home in The Village at Blount Springs. They rescued us in Hoover when our old heat pump died during a heat wave, staying until almost midnight installing a new unit. THATâ S customer service. At our current home they repaired both our up & downstairs units for 4 years until our upstairs unit had to be replaced (they were 12 years old at this time, builders grade units).
