"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I live in a condo/townhome complex, and after much 'discussion' with the Complex Management about a problem, I decided to have it done on my own, so I could either determine the problem or rule out a possible cause of the problem. To do that, needed one of the outside drainpipe/downspouts scoped out to see where the water was actually draining to. I've been having problems with dampness on the walls in my (now torn apart) lower level, and I needed to see if there was a break in any of the seams of the PVC pipe the water drained into that was near that area of my foundation.
Originally, my appointment was scheduled for the May 8th (2013), but Lisa (office mgr) called to ask if I would mind postponing
since they were in the midst of an emergency job, and needed everyone on-site there. Since my appointment was NOT an emergency, I didn't mind the postponement. We re-scheduled for 2 days later (10th). Paul showed up on time, and after showing him the situation, he got right to work.
He brought out his scoping tool and after disassembling the downspout at the PVC opening, he sent the scope/camera thru the PVC drain without any blockages or cracks. I was able to watch on the monitor as the camera was sliding thru the pipe. After he was finished, and we both were convinced the drain was NOT the problem, he was kind enough to suggest/recommend another venue to explore for correcting the problem, and he documented it on my paperwork for the association management to see.
And because everything went so quickly and easily (he was here for a total of about 15 minutes!), Paul discounted
the original quote of $350 to $250 + tax. Made me VERY happy! Thanks, Paul!
