"Eighteen months ago they put in a full new system (gas furnace, air handler, AC) a total cost of over $11,000. Now, I am selling my house, and the buyer inspectors found the wrong gauge electrical wire was run from the electric panel to the AC unit. It could be a fire hazard and needs to be corrected. Today they came to my house to check the work and agreed it is the wrong gauge wiring that was used and left saying they would come back tomorrow and replace it. Two hours later they called me and said they reviewed the paperwork and said since they reused the wire from the previous unit even though they should not have it there, It will be close to a $500 charge to run the correct wire. So just to know that is their a version of standing behind their work."

Jake is a fraud he delayed my entire project by three months. he was hired to make plans for project and give us kid drawings with pencils and crayons with all stains on them. delayed our project for over 3 months in over 20k in damages . and this man is nasty just takes money and hangs up . the city inspectora even laughed when we submitted his plans . On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"
