"They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

"I couldn't be more pleased. Jeff analyzed the problem and his suggestion for a new door was spot on. Jon did the installation which was fast, professional, and the clean-up thorough. He also programmed the panel and his explanations were clear and concise. A minor hiccup with the ribbon/skirt on the problem of the door was repaired better than new by Jeff the same day I called (on a Saturday!). Highly recommended."

"

We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing.

We are very pleased with both the quality of the door and the installation.  We would not hesitate to use Mike again

"The first installation was horrible. I took pictures to show them the work the installer did. They sent someone out to make the repairs. The original installer was not a good representation of the company. Overall, their service has been good. The salesman was very in tuned, alert, and gave me options. The second installer did a stellar job. The office staff that I worked with was also very professional."

"Wonderful! My doors needed were an odd size but they made them to fit perfect."

"Everything went smoothly. We now have a fireplace we can use again. The installer was professional, friendly and knowledgeable."

"That was rushed into production and replaced a week later. The only problem was the smell of the caulking...but we were able to air the house good since it was warm at the time. It cleared up within 24hrs.These are our 2nd replacement windows and the difference is quite amazing...No air leaks and quieter in the house. I think the proper installation is the key. These were properly installed!"

"The expert they sent out determined that I had two cracks in my basement wall. Other vendors said I would need a interior water drain system installed. Stay Dry fix the problem for a fraction of the cost."
