He never charges enough for his incredible and high-quality hard work. He repaired metal hinges on an Andersen screen door that an overzealous property manager swung open too far and bent. After purchasing windows purportedly rated for impact resistance, non-compliant products were installed instead. This discrepancy was only uncovered during the final inspection, at which point the windows were found to not meet impact resistance standards, leading to a failed inspection. The State inspector further advised me that I was not the sole individual affected by this issue. I will provide further updates to this review as more information becomes available, as this matter is still in the preliminary stages of investigation."
