"Keep It Cool Air Conditioning installed a new AC system for me and did an excellent job. From the initial consultation to the final install, everything was handled professionally. They were punctual knowledgeable and very thorough and explaining the system and the work being done. The installation was clean, efficient and completed on schedule. They tested everything made sure airflow and cooling were correct, and left the work area spotless. It is not easy finding a reliable AC company, but these guys delivered exactly what they promised. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing AC installation or service."

"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."
