"We found The Window Source through Angie. From the quote to install the customer service was outstanding. The product is wonderful, and we can already see/feel the difference in replacing the windows. Highly recommend this company."

"Went fine. Probably didn't develop until late Friday night. Door was repaired the next day.

"Needed our door replaced quickly and Caleb accommodated our schedule...knowledgeable, fairly-priced, clean, accurate work....we will use Legacy in the future for sure...."

"It went exceedingly well. Adi was outstanding in his professionalism and service. He arrived on time, diagnosed correctly why the lock was not working on the exterior double door and fixed the issues superbly in his estimated time. I was leaning in favor of putting in a commercial grade lock. He advised me against spending the money since it was unnecessary. Total charge was $259. I was 150% satisfied with his overall service. I will hire him again and recommend him strongly to Angies List members and other."

"straightforward pricing. Quick repair easy process."

"After talking to them, they arrived on time, had necessary part, did necessary repair, tightened screws, oiled parts, cleaned up. Very pleasant and efficient. Very satisfied. Thank you Swift Garage Door Repair!"

"I couldn't be happier with my new windows! Barry was great throughout the entire process from beginning to end. He really helped me figure out what kind of glass I needed in each window, and he followed up right after installation to make sure I was happy. The installers showed up on time and did a great job.
My new windows look amazing, they block much more of the street noise, and they keep out the cold much better.

"The work was started on a Friday, but rain interrupted the work. The final two clear coats were done the following Monday afternoon. The door color and wood grain appearance look as good now when it was new. The refinishing process requires that the door be removed and laid out on sawhorses. The work was all done in my front yard. I have a storm door, so no temporary sheeting was necessary. If it had not started raining, the whole process would have been completed in about 6 hours."

"They started work without authorization to begin, and without providing a price quote. When the price quote was provided, it was outrageously high, so we had a discussion about the nickel and diming for the work (like $90 to install a toilet paper holder, and $350 in labor to replace a bath faucet). When we pushed back on the pricing, they got angry and made disparaging comments about myself and my wife, and walked off the job and sent an invoice (for work that was not authorized). Instead of arguing, we paid them to cut ties cleanly and only asked that they sign the appropriate Tax documents (W-9) and a release of lien so we could recover the insurance funds from the lendor. Instead of signing the documents, they blocked our phone numbers. I will not be able to get the funds (~$22k) for the insurance until we sell the house as a result. The bright side is that we found a very competent, and professional contractor that bid the job (with some add'l items included) for nearly 35% less. We considered legal action, but opted to take the high road and not stoop to their level of childish tactics. I have no issues with the quality of their work, but not for the inflated price that was presented after they started the work. That's a bait and switch in my opinion. Proceed with caution and get everything in writing. Also get more than one estimate from another licensed contractor."

"Some minor communication hic-ups aside, the install went well."
