"Come home to my A/c not working. Josh come out same day and looked over everything not to mention was in a timely manner. "It went fine.  I had one situation where they put vent on the top of the roof but on backwards and they replaced it. Overall, they did a good job cleaning it but that was a little reckless, I thought, a little careless. They did a good job cleaning the lint out but the only problem I had was the way they put the vent back on. "
