"Victor called to say he would be late for scheduled appt due to part being broken. He thought the place he needed to get replacement part opened at 8 but they didn't open until 9. He showed up about 15 minutes past the new time. He got to work right away and did an awesome job cleaning the tile foyer. The floor looks brand new!!!
