"We had this system installed by Kettle Moraine in May 2018. This was our first annual inspection of the furnace, as we had the air conditioning checked out this May. Kyle called ahead of his scheduled arrival to confirm he would be on time. He arrived on time, put his booties on to protect our floors, and got right to work. He did a real nice job of checking everything out, and discovered a water leak that was allowing a small amount of moisture/liquid to get on top of the heat exchanger, in three different places, which would over time create significant problems both with the upper and lower heat exchangers. He exlained very clearly, even showing me what was wrong , and what he suspected was causing the leak. He immediately contacted Lennox, and ordered the replacement parts, from our basement. He estimated the parts would be in the shop and ready for installation in about a week. While I'm not thrilled with the quality of the Lennox furnace, leaking and need major parts being replaced within a couple of years, their 10 year parts and labor warranty will cover everything, so that's great."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

He was here within 45 minutes after contacting. He was pleasant, professional and knows his trade. After diagnosing the problem he said it was the intake motor, he examined it finding a blockage which he removed then cleaned. From fixing ceiling fan, patch a roof, backboards for my horseshoe court. When ants destroyed would on window sills, Al took out bad wood and cut new boards and fitted. Also bathroom shower and fittings needed replaced, Al saw the problem and got the correct fittings and replaced. Al has been so helpful these 6 years we have known him. I can call text him and he gets back to me in a timely manner. I would refer Al to anyone doing anything they have. Al is the best"
