"Great! Awesome job. They listened to what I asked for: to repair my air conditioner and that I could not afford to buy a new one at this time. Steve told me what was wrong and did not try to sell me new air conditioner just because my air conditioner was very old. First estimate I paid for guy said, "he had to repair panel and then motor might not work, so that would be additional fees to repair motor, so why waste thousands, just better to get a new air conditioner." Steve from Fast Response found problem, replaced parts, and fixed it, and then threw in a free thermostat that we probably broke trying to figure out what was wrong in the first place. Charged me what they quoted even though they had to replace the thermostat too. Plus paid less than the other company wanted to try and sell me before even knowing if that costly repair would even be the problem. Plus the initial consultation was FREE with Fast Response.
