"Ted/comfort specialist was sent out by Reliable to inspect and assess the original heat and air units in the home. After through inspection and we discussing the old units and all the years they were in service and the condition, determined all needed replacing. We then scheduled installation date for the new units. Installers Jordan & BJ arrived on Oct. 25, and installed the units. Both men were very courteous and cordial. Worked tirelessly installing units in the home and making sure everything was working properly. Explained and showed how everything worked before leaving."

"I had these guys do two jobs for me and both experiences were excellent. In May of 2018, they installed an entirely new HVAC system. The work went smoothly and quickly. Earlier this year, in 2019, I had them add some enhancements to the system to preclude future problems with mold. The basement had partially flooded about 8 years ago, and the problem was never properly fixed. This led to a mold problem that had to be remediated. Once that work was done, we had Jordan Air come in and 1) add a dehumidifier unit, 2) put in a better filtration system, 3) install a REME HALO, and 4) Aeroseal the ducts. Again, the work was excellent and it was done in one day. I don't see how you can do wrong with these guys. Jordan Air is top-shelf."

"Braswell Construction Group was the last company I received a quote from only because company #5 whom I wanted to hire did not follow through. I am so pleased that company did not respond because of the wonderful experience I had with Chris Braswell. <br />   <br /> Upon completion of a new roof and window replacement which I was very pleased with and as the drywall repair was about to take place, Chris noticed a water leak from my hot water heater which had caused mold and moisture damage, he immediately called his plumber who also did a great job in not only fixing that leak but finding another one. Because of the water damage Chris had to put in dryout fans and air purifiers before new drywall could be installed. Chris is certified by the IICRC in water and dryout repairs which I did not know at the time, but felt so fortunate to have the right man for the job and not have to search Angie's List for another company. He even assisted me with my insurance company to get everthing taken care of. Though it was stressful having commercial dryout fans and air purifiers for several days, he continued to check to make sure all was well and to assure me his crew would come in and make all of the necessary repairs. They arrived on time, did a great job with the drywall and clean up. All of these repairs took place between Thanksgiving and the week before Christmas, which definitely did not help my stress level, but because Chris was so efficient, professional and concerned I was able to enjoy my Christmas vacation knowing I wouldn't have to return to "home repairs". <br />  The customer service I received was the best. "Joe arrived on time, exactly when he said he would be there. We actually had a cup of coffee while he explained to me the entire home energy audit process before he began the work.  During the audit he toured me around my home explaining to me each step as he examined the crawl space, the outdoor areas, the appliances, the heating and air system, each room, and the attic.  He was very detailed in explaining to me each item that he recognized as an opportunity to save me $$$$.  He pointed out the need for additional insulation in the crawl space and venting in the ceiling.  Joe didn't simply point out problems and solutions, but took the time to explain to me the engineering behind his recommendations.  It was a huge value for me to understand the ideas behind his recommendations.  Joe provided to me a full report outlining where our electricity was being used throughout the home.  This also included an air leakage test that compared my home to other homes of similar size and optimal conditions.  It was very enlightening.  I would highly recommend using Energy Smith and Joe to audit your homes energy usage."

"Honest! I’ve always admired a service company that has the integrity to advise when a repair job is NOT needed instead of recommending unnecessary repairs. I called American Crawlspace Solutions to assess a section of my unfinished basement to determine if water intrusion has been or would be a problem. Jeremy came out the next day and, after doing a thorough inspection, determined that I did not have a water problem. (Previously, I had called another waterproofing contractor that didn’t bother to do an on-site inspection and, through his “experience “, issued a nearly $5000.00 repair estimate — without even looking at it!!) Be careful hiring waterproofing contractors because not all are as honest as Jerermy at American Crawlspace Solutions. It goes without saying that these would be the first guys I would call if I ever needed a water proofing job."

"Our house was a victim of the great hailstorm of 2017. We filed a claim and called Trademark Contractors. Sam Aldridge came out and handled everything. It was very obvious they are a company that operates with the highest levels of integrity and that is what means the most to me. (One of his first questions was "are you prepared to pay the deductible" whereas others were like [looking around shiftily]"we can just put a sign in your hard ... wink wink"]). Sam was always on time for appointments and always responded within a couple of hours to calls or texts. He is extremely knowledgeable of the process and kept us well-informed at all stages. Crews were excellent. We have a large house (4600+ sqft) but the roof was done in a day and a half. Our original insurance estimate missed a number of vital things and Sam handled "proving" to the insurance company what we needed. (For example, the gutters were quoted using standard guttering but we have Leafgard gutters. The original quote proposed re-using the glass on the skylights...crazy right? and he handled getting a letter explaining that the seals required full replacement.) Because of the storm, Trademark (and a lot of other vendors) were incredibly busy (our neighborhood was a "showroom for roofing companies") but we were taken care of very well.
