I ask for no shoes in the house and Kevin took care to put on and remove shoe covers every time he came in or left the house. Kevin performed the check and explained the adjustments he made. I also pointed out a concern regarding a leaking drainage tube and Kevin was able to replace this at a fair price. We called McCrea's emergency line first thing in the morning because of our two young children. McCrea sent a technician to our home over the weekend in a matter of a few short hours. Brooks remained engaged and responsive to our questions in the interim, and a McCrea team, led by Logan arrived on the appointed day to replace the entire system. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient, replacing the system in a few short hours, and kept us apprised of developments. When the installation was done, Logan walked us through each system, their respective manuals and documentation, and our new touchscreen user interface for the entire HVAC. Our family has had the new HVAC system for a few weeks now, and it functions beautifully. Our home's temperature and humidity is much more comfortable, and the system is quieter, easier to use, and less expensive to operate. We have had a service contract with McCrea for about eight years--since our last home--and will continue to have one with them. They are super reliable and professional. Highly recommended."

"My experience with him was top notch. He was accommodating to my schedule. I work nights and he was willing to come to my home in the early evening instead of normal business hours. He assured me the fix of the leak would hold until the end of summer but there was a chance that I may need a new unit next summer since the unit is over 10 years old and the leak was pretty severe. I had no other trouble with the unit the rest of the summer. His price was reasonable and he was friendly and efficienct. The heating consultant that they sent, Alex H, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with estimates for a number of options - similar to those from other HVAC companies that quoted for this work. A day later I received a call from Blue Dot offering a discount on that quote and we accepted that quote. Alex made the one and a half hour drive to visit with us again, to walk us through the contract details, and to explain install process. This was a really nice touch as usually contracts are signed electronically these days. The Blue Dot install team came on time on the scheduled day and did a neat and professional job with the install - performing all the necessary checks and tests, and left the work area clean and tidy - and with the HVAC systems working well. The whole purchase and install process couldn't have gone smoother. We are very happy with BlueDot and will certainly use them again preferentially for our HVAC needs."

"Our furnace finally bit the dust after 25 years of faithful service. I had TriState do several small repairs and maintenance on it over the years, and they always did a good job. So, when the last service rep told me it was finally beyond repair, we consulted with Comfort Specialist, Darren, who isn't just a salesman, but previously installed and repaired HVAC systems. He took lots of measurements, inspected the old unit and the runs to the outside and upstairs. He took his time making calculations and offered us several options on a new system. TriState uses Daikin furnaces, which are rated in the top 5 furnaces for dependability and efficiency. The price, I thought, compared to my two other neighbors, who also recently purchased new systems, was even lower than I thought it going to be. In fact, my neighbors paid more (by thousands) and have a smaller square footage footprint than my house. We've had the unit now for over a month, and so far, it's great. It is a one-zone system, yet the upstairs will only vary by one or two degrees. This is much better than the old unit. We're hoping this small variance in temperature will also apply when the AC is on in the summer. The installers were very professional, arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use TriState again, and will rely on them whenever I need service."
