He understood exactly what I wanted to do with the new unit and adding additional zones. He spent the time to explain the pros and cons of each unit and how the design and technology worked with the new features and designs. After the installation, I received two follow-up calls to check on how the unit was working and whether I had any questions. The zone installation and new unit has made a significant improvement to my upstairs rooms. Completely satisfied and would definitely recommend Grove to anyone needing a HVAC contractor."

Very professional and knowledgeable, but the actual repair portion of the price seems steep considering the nature of the repair. No new parts were installed or replaced."
