"Yesterday was the completion of our window installation with the Nirvana windows from Zen Windows, We are absolutely thrilled with the Zen windows quality and are so happy with the meticulous installation by your two installers Roland and Everett. The quality of the Zen windows stands out compared to the windows that you replaced but the workmanship of the windows, ease of opening and closing as well as the ease of closure and sturdiness of the Zen windows are outstanding. Now for the installation of the windows a part of the package some people can’t understand or don’t realize how important that is with relation to the complete window replacement experience, Roland and Everett were outstanding. They both respected our property as though it was their own, they cleaned up every area they worked but not at the end of the day but whenever the area needed to be cleaned. They picked up debris after each window install and each trim install. They kept their work area clean at all times. They both were so easy to talk to and answered all our questions and concerns. The trim work around each and every Zen window is beautifully done and looks expertly finished. The finishes of the Bay window are so nice and having a one piece four pane window shows the quality of the Zen windows quality. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The job went very well and we love how are bathroom has been transformed. Bob made multiple visits to consult on the tile choices and ensure they were prepared for the project. Phil (tile guy) was a true craftsman and took his time to ensure the work was perfect. We wish the same care was taken by all contractors.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I had second story doors with failing balconies. Insurance required I replace the decks but Gino suggested removing the doors and replacing with windows in lieu of a more costly approach. I was threatened with insurance cancellation on a Monday. Gino spent a few hours on a Sunday to complete a temporary siding to allow my insurance to be satisfied and is to come back for me to remove the temporary work to complete it the right way so it is more aesthetically pleasing. I was relieved he went above and beyond to help my insurance issue, and he takes pride enough to want to come back and complete the siding the proper way. He also noticed other siding in need of replacement while up there. I am having them replace that as well next week.
