"The estimate and scheduling went great, install seemed OK, until I was told my electric line going to unit had no power. Installer said he'd checked a breaker that was off by turning it on but nothing happened so he turned it back off. I assumed (like an idiot, without confirming for myself) that this was the breaker to my hot tub which is not in use. Called an electrician out next day and paid $175 to be told my breaker was off. Never felt so stupid. Flipped breaker on and since it was evening and I do not live in the house because it's being renovated, set unit on "cool only" mode and left. When I returned next day it was 97 degrees in the house. The high outside was around 70. I called first thing Monday morning and they got someone out by noon to fix it. This gentleman was great- polite and competent. He rewired everything and fixed some other things that had been done wrong. It has worked fine since. So, there was an initial screw up, but they were courteous and quick to repair it. Their customer service has been great. I'd use them again, tho I'd request to not have the same crew that installed this system. My house is old and a bit unusual, so maybe it was just something those guys hadn't run into before."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Charlie was wonderful in troubleshooting our issue. Although the issue wasn't able to be fixed straight away due to parts having to be ordered, he provided a temporary solution that was satisfactory until parts arrived. With temperatures below 30, he was a life savior. He also helped us on the same-day appointment on a Saturday. The best part of this experience, was Charlie also solved other issues that he had noticed with the moisture senors, which saved a potential problem with the AC come summer. Oh, he also helped improve our thermostats. All and all, very pleased with ARP Heating and Air, and would highly recommend."

"Comfort Express came same day to diagnose, and they moved things around in their schedule to be able to install new unit the next day. They also provided space heaters to keep the house livable while furnace was not working. Very professional, courteous, and clean. Would give A++ if possible."

This provider was assigned to me as part of my home warranty, so the service fee was a flat 75.00. I called because there was a musty odor coming from my heating unit. The tech was very helpful and detailed in his investigation. It turns out the pea trap that the heater and humidifier was draining into was dry. The tech went into the crawlspace to check out the pipes. He hooked up a temporary fix by adding some extra piping near the drain by the heater where I could add additional water to the pea trap. The real fix would need to be done by a plumber.

"They are absolutely fantastic! It's a company that I will wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. They go beyond the call of duty. They are a really good local company. When they come out, we never pay anything because every year we purchase a maintenance program, and I don't think it's very much. I like their service and the employees. They are clean, they pick up after themselves, they take care of business, they call to make an appointment, they are always here when they say they are, and they even call a few minutes beforehand and say they're almost to the house.
