We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. This was a challenge for the other contractors and flooring people who came out to give estimates. However, Mike of Mike’s flooring came out and immediately knew how to implement a plan of action. Mike’s team responded quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. They were pleasant and respectful, took care to limit the dust, and cleaned up after themselves. "I discovered a 4 foot run in the carpet where, apparently, a thread had become tangled in the vacuum cleaner. I called Exposition Flooring and left a message. The call was returned within an hour. Yes, they could send someone to take a look at it -- the next morning!   <br /> The service guy determined that the section of carpet needed to be stretched and re-sewn. In order to do this, the furniture needed to be moved (a large, heavy king size bed) which they did. Their entire visit took approximately 1 ½ hours and the result was perfect.  <br /> The bill was handled via e-mail which I always appreciate. Overall, an excellent experience. <br />"
