"I’ve used Anthony Heating & Plumbing for close to 8 years. They’ve replaced heating/A/C and water heater. They also have done some plumbing, fixed a sump pump issue, installed new PVC pipes for better flow and do annual general maintenance on my A/C and heater. They are punctual, friendly and clean. A few of my neighbors began using them."

"I had to find emergency service for my furnace because it stopped working. I contacted several places trying to get help because it was extremely cold. Dad's was even booked up and Dan was doing his best to see if he could rearrange things on his schedule to come help me and my kids. Unfortunately, he was too booked and unable to come out that day. I continued trying to find assistance for at least sometime that week and was struggling to even receive a call back from anyone that day. The next morning I thought I would have to start the whole process over trying to find service but to my luck, Dan from Dad's called me to check and see if I was able to find anyone to help me out. I told him I still hadn't found anyone yet and was worried I was going to end up with frozen pipes if I didn't figure it out soon because it was so cold. Dan rearranged the schedule and had someone come out and to service our furnace that day. We found out what we were pretty sure we already knew, the whole system needed replaced because it was 20 years old. Dan got his crew right on top of things and helped us get a brand new system put in on the coldest day of the year. On top of that, he helped out by making it more affordable and doing it in phases so it was financially easier on us to get it all replaced and installed. We now have the whole system installed and I couldn't be happier with all the great customer service and quick installation of the system. He even called to check on the system after installation of the heater about 6 weeks later. When the company's name is Dad's you can only hope you are treated like family and Dan was very honest up front and fair about everything from beginning to end. He made sure my family was safe and comfortable just like a dad would do. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them."

They made a stressful situation better by answering my every question, even simple questions, and never made me feel stupid for asking. They were there on time and every time they said they would be there. The price that was quoted was exactly what they said and they even upgraded my thermostat without charge! "Dan and Brian installed a new Goodman dual fuel heat pump/nat gas furnace for us. Dan pretty much left me free to make my own choices regarding what type of system I wanted. There are so many choices in that regard. He was helpful in giving me his take on the pros and cons of all the different heating and cooling variants. I can't speak to the "value for money" question. It's March 2023 and things are going up in price so quickly. I am satisfied with what I paid for the system. I decided to change some things about how our system was originally installed, Dan and Brian were flexible regarding that and it was something I appreciated about them. They both always explained anything I had questions about. I thought the quality of their work was top notch. I found them both to be very skillful at what they do. Dan is the owner and it was nice to have the owner of the business right there on the job. I'd be remiss not to mention the skill and years of training that Brian has. Also, he's a neatnick; because of his nature I think it would be impossible for him to do sloppy work. The last thing I would mention is, if you want to invite workmen into your home who are professional, respectful, and punctual, these are your guys. I was happy to have them working in my home and would recommend them to you."

"Dan came first thing this morning and found our air conditioner capacitor needed to be replaced. He informed me it was still under warranty and he needed to go get a replacement. He was back with a new capacitor very quickly and had it repaired in a matter of minutes. I was pleasantly surprised there was not even a service or labor charge. We have used this company for almost 10 years now, and their work has always been top-notch. Dan and Zac are the very best technicians with whom we've ever dealt. The 550% markup on the dye/sealant was bitter pill to swallow, but likely necessary to recover labor losses due to extended service time."
