"Prior to calling Bob, we had several guys come in to give us estimates. Bob's estimate was by far the best and the work he did was top quality. He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Our central air conditioner stopped running, and I called Sharp-Long because they had originally installed the system and had periodically provided maintenance on it in the past. The owner, J.C. Crossley, went out of his way to send a service employee to look at the problem within an hour (it was at the end of the day).  The employee, who was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, determined that the coolant had all leaked out, re-charged the system with recycled coolant for free and ran tests preliminary to determining whether we could claim a utility rebate when we replaced the system.  I was extremely grateful for the courtesy extended by Mr. Crossley and strongly considered his bid for replacement, but in the end we did select another bidder. I offered to pay Mr. Crossley for the service call, but he declined the offer.

"Josh came over looked over everything and explained all our options and we chose high efficiency variable furnace 96 so installed 3inch pvc pipe for exhaust and one for fresh air to come in. Looks GREAT. Put in a variable air conditioner unit and leveled it out new pipes and so forth looks GREAT, installed New water Heater with no problems and made it to code which is GREAT, installed an April Air 600 humidifier and an iwave air scrubber to help with family allergies and 4 animals. Josh is a Great Guy for one and Did an AWESOME JOB ON THE INSTALL and answering any questions we had through out the process. "The company did a blow-in of insulation material between the studs and in the attic space. There were several areas in the garage where there was no drywall and they had a method of containing the insulation material so that drywall would be added later. They even insulated on the small spaces above and beside the garage door. Since the insulation has been installed, the temperature has stayed around 55 degrees on a pretty consistent basis. The estimate I received was 1/2 the amount received from another company. They brought a sample of the blow-in material and showed a video of how the insulation would be contained where there was no drywall. Now, here is the icing on the cake: between the time of the estimate and the time of the installation, I tore the meniscus in a knee, making me unable to prep the garage by moving items away from the wall. The installers backed my car out of the garage, moved the items and then moved everything back. Outstanding customer service!"
