"We were in the process of selling & during the inspection the buyer found a issue with the sewer. On a Sunday at 7:30 we sent a request on Angie's list for a plumber to return my call. True Blue answered me in less than an hour and we got scheduled within a day. I met with Anthony and he was able to diagnose the problem and get me a quote. We had other quotes and not one of them offered to clean up after the repairs. Anthony was absolutely the best to work with. We decided to get a partial sewer replacement and a waterline fixed. He was great at communicating everything to us and even sent numerous pictures of the progress. They did such a great job of cleaning up and even worked on the weekends to get the job done!! Would recommend to anyone that wants the job done quickly but also professionally!!"

"All in all, Mel did a good job. He was very prompt and is very nice. My struggle was the overall price for what should have taken 2 hours or less to Mel 3+ hours to complete. When you are getting charged nearly $100 an hour, that's a big change. The hardest part should have been the replacement of the shutoff valve, which was behind a wall in my basement. Mel completed that in about an hour, which included shutting off the water a the main valve. This was a tricky task and it was performed very well. Next he went to replacing the pipe fitting connectors at the hotwater heater. This work seemed to take a very long time. I don't know if Mel was having issues, but I left him alone to complete the task as the other job required my assistance. I'm not a plumber, but it seems this work should have been completed much sooner. So I was a little in shock to get the bill for over $500, but was fortunate to have the $50 off from Angie's List. Mel did come to my house earlier but did not know the shutoff valve was behind the wall and did not have the tools to complete the work at that time. He was supposed to provide me an estimate of the work, which I did not receive. Nice guy and works hard, but not sure I'd use him again, or at least make sure I had the estimate prior to the work being done.

Zack was willing to work with us to problem-solve and come up with unique solutions what worked for our property. He presented us with choices about what we could do, and reasonable prices for different services. Zack was polite, hard-working, conscientious, and dedicated to giving us the results we hoped for. We always felt we were in capable, honest hands, and will use this company again if the need arises."

"The service i received from Greggs Foundation repair was outstanding. They installed a sump as well as a new drain to prevent my basement from flooding. I needed help and i needed it fast. I sent them a last minute message on their Facebook page, they showed up the same day and went to work. "Foundation 1 replaced our 28-year-old sump pump. They worked efficiently and did a quality job. They were diligent in protecting our hardwood floor and carpet, and they did a thorough job cleaning up when finished. Our only difficulty was they left the outside water on after mixing the cement, which caused the outside faucet to rupture. However, Foundation 1 addressed our issue and Matt did an excellent job in replacing the faucet. All in all, we are happy with Foundation 1."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
