Two guys showed up as scheduled and inspected the sewer with a camera. 3. We discussed the options and they worked up the proposal. 4. I only got one quote as I have had it looked at a couple times previously over the years and I felt comfortable with the cost as well as the folks I interacted with. 5. The following day I called to let them know it was a go and scheduled the work. 6. There was a team of 6 guys that arrived the day of the sewer line replacement, they were all personable and worked well with each other. "Adrian Villegas was our technician. He was there to check for plumbing issues and turn off and bring the gas back on after the actual lift. He even suggested and disconnected a gas lamp line that was off but not disconnected to stop the chance of a future gas leak. When he went to restart the hot water heater, the actuator switch had frozen so he quickly went and got a new one so we could get our hot water back on. We were pleased with his helpful attitude and attention to detail.

"As Rocky removed the shower, it was revealed that the waterproof boarding was a porous mesh... it assorbed water, not repel it.  The floor under the shower pan revealed that mildew and mold was as bad as it gets.  The shower floor was uneven and the shower pan was sitting on  2 rows of 5 evenly spaced styrofoam blocks.   It appeared that the shower pan was removed from the crate and turned upside down onto the still unformed floor.  There was a 3 inch ridge around the drain and the shower drain wasn't connected to the drain pipe... just sitting there.  Rocky had to remove all of the shower walls only to find another building code violation:  the shower is located behind the kitchen and the plugin for the stove was mounted on the floor where water slowly leaked out.  I think that the building code calls for the plugin to be about 18 inches off the floor.

Rocky cleaned up each day before he left, leaving a clean and neat work area.  He was on time and within budget.  On a scale of 1 - 10, 10 being the highest, I'd rate him a 10.  We are extremely pleased with the finished product and would recommend him without reservation."

"I am a widow and a little ignorant on some home repairs. My house was built in the late 1950's or 60's. The outside is half brick and siding. The leaks were located between the walls of the shower so he did have to make a hole in the wall to repair 2 leaks . I had my bathroom remodeled about 3 years ago so that was one of my main concerns. He installed a larged decorative cover plate to cover the hole and my shower looks like new again. He did do a beautiful job. I am very satisfied with the work done. I also had my outside faucets leaking and those were replaced. My water pressure was too high and that was taken care of also. I would recommend Medina"s Best Plumbing ."
