Only strange thing was the repair person said the price was $130, but I had been quoted $80. When I pushed back, he immediately conceded to $80 price. Not sure what happened there, but glad it didn't turn into any conflict."

"There was a long delay (several months, all told) to get the work done, thanks to the rush of pandemic home improvement projects. But I appreciated that the staff from McCann were communicative and did their best to estimate when things would be done. When I got the call that my custom doors had finally arrived, they were able to install next day! Which was great timing as it was installed just before a long cold snap. The new door and storm door are great - so well sealed that not only are there no drafts, but there's so much less noise coming in from the street. The installers were polite and respectful and did a great job, including matching the color of the interior caulking to the tile floor in our entryway perfectly. My only complaint is the interior framing was a little dirty and banged up, though they provided touchup paint that I used to clean it up."

"I've had an ongoing issue with my sidings in my town home that was causing an interior leak. Numerous people were sent out by the Association to address the issue but they never got to the bottom of it. This issue had been going on for over a year. Mal (Professional Home Improvements)   team was sent out last month and was able to find and fix the issue. Mal  was very professional and came out the day of the repairs to make sure his team would find the issue and correct it.  He made sure that the work performed was quality and addressed any concerns that I had. He even followed up a few weeks later to see if there were any more issues.

" Installed 16 windows in June 2013.  Almost 4 years later (Jan., 2017) one of the windows cracked.  Called Albar and sent a text photo of the cracked window.  They said it was a pressure crack and ordered a replacement from the factory.  They called me when it was ready.  I picked it up. They showed me how to remove the damaged window and put in the new one.  It was very simple even for a woman in the 60s with no construction experience (although you can have it done for you for a service fee).  I popped out the old one and popped in the new one.  No Charge.  This company is there for you even long after the sale is completed."
