"Thank you ZACK for your professionalism taking pictures of the work you did cleaning the filters of my A/C system outside. This is the first time anyone showed me pictures of the work they did. You were kind and explained to me when was the best time to have my heating system checked and when to call to make an appt. for the fall. You were knowledgeable, caring, and I felt safe with you. What a GREAT employee to represent Palmer Gas. Also, Thank you Customer Service Rep. MICHELLE L. - you answered all questions asked of you in a friendly and professional way. That is why I stay with Palmer Gas. Heidi Ricci"

"Repairs were excellent and thorough "even well documented". The tech found units low on coolant. He identified and repaired multiple refrigerant leak points. I have dealt with many HVAC contractors over the years and Freedom Air Mechanical is one of the best. I highly recommend."

"i am very pleased with the service. They were prompt and professional. I would definitely use them again if necessary."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Rep. arrived on time, provided many options custom designed for our needs."

"Zach and Macky were great! I called the day before, received a call back that night and they were here first thing the next morning- just about a 12 hour service time! Being a single, female, first time homeowner, I was unsure what to expect and they were both great at explaining the jobs and each piece going into the repair. Highly recommend and will be using them again!"

"It was great! He came in, did the job and cleaned up after himself. He also took the water heater with him. He was friendly, prompt and easy to talk to."

"My propane furnace install went incredibly well! Fast, efficient, and professional crew. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided- from walking me through my options initially, to walking out the door upon completion. MANY thanks!!"
