"Doug did a great job. He was here at 8:15 am, out by 8:40am. Replaced an igniter. I would have given a 5 star but no prior cost estimate before work was started. No receipt after leaving. I thought the work was done with respect and knowledge. I just can’t comprehend the 400 in labor?? But all works now. Happy with the outcome.. here immediately, on time.. and heat once again!"
