Intergiry 1st came to my home the morning after I called them and provided an estimate.  While the estimate reflected thier minimum charge, I felt it to be reasonable.  When they examined the roof they texted pictures to me immediately, along with a quote for the work to be performed. 

I asked when they could do the repiar (this was in the early afternoon) and they indicated they could do it that same day.  The crew came over later that day and performed the necessary repairs.  They sent me the pictures of the completed repiar. 

I am no longer concerned that rain water might damage my home, since the repair has been completed.

"This is a father and son team of extremely knowledgeable and skilled woodworkers.    They were so flexible that they actually rearranged other clients to help me get doors installed in time for a graduation party.   They bring all their own equipment and have more woodworking equipment at their shop.  They took one of the large posts back to their shop to split because it required a specialized saw.  It was a 2 day project.   Everything was installed and looks seamless and professional.   The son also knows a lot about granite, so that was helpful when making decisions about what legs and braces to put on the granite.   On top of great work at a great price, these two are just really nice people.    I would hire them for any remodel or new construction project large or small.

"The front door, area surrounding the entrance to the home and the front porch, and the garage doors looked beautiful after the work was completed. My neighbor even commented on how great this looked! Darryl and his team also cleaned the gutters, power washed the deck and some small spots on the brick. The deck and back doors looked great! "My daughter knew of my terrible experience with my prior company and she had just gotten a new wireless system from 1st Security. He did this very quickly, despite having to climb over furniture and enter tight spaces to place the contacts. I was astounded when after he finished, he sat down and gave me a full tutorial on using the system. He showed me all of it's capabilities, and answered my many questions . I could not believe how much easier and more up to date this security system was to use than my old one. I have had many, many technicians in my home from the prior system, but absolutely none were as knowledgeable, personable, efficient or professional as Larry. He would not leave until I was comfortable, and even then advised me to call if I needed anything or had more questions. He was amazing.!!! A few days after my system was installed, I triggered a false alarm. The monitoring station called right away and did not hang up until assured that all was well. I did not have to wait or try to call them and get put on hold like with my old system. I only wish that I had more houses for them to install their system into, but since I don't, I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. 1st Security is affordable, state of the art and comprehensive. They are honest with no fine print that you have to worry about! I sincerely appreciate Jeremy and Larry and sleep so much better because of them . Thank you 1st Security!!!"
