"Tinez is owned by Ruben and Jessica Martinez who are courteous, professional and highly skilled at their crafts and in project management. Jessica took the lead on the interior design and Ruben took the lead on demolition, construction, etc. My house is more than 7,000 square feet and although relatively new, didn't appeal to me in the state that I purchased it. I wanted a more open, light and contemporary look, so we gutted it and invested about a million dollars in the remodeling mostly interior but also to some extent exterior and full re-landscaping. I have received many compliments on their work and I continue to call on them to handle small and mid-size projects. We are now installing a power back-up generator and other miscellaneous maintenance and repairs. Tinez employs highly skilled and professional staff as well and I would certainly recommend them for projects large and small."

My only critical feedback was the initial quote was much lower than the final price and it went so fast that there was sufficient check in on the increase in costs. In the end, the price was fair given all the work and quality. I would absolutely recommend and use them in the future. Next time, however, I will be stronger on getting the quote in writing and requiring specific approval if it is going to cost more. <br /> Also, the entire crew was incredibly friendly and hardworking. "Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."

"Rob came over and crawled underneath to check everything out. While he was under there he checked out the anchor straps on the home. He found that everything looked good but it was loose and would not pass the present code. He figured up an estimate for the repair of the insulation, vapor barrier, and a separate estimate to bring it up to code. I asked about the skirting that was ruined in the hurricane and if he did that work also. He said he did and gave me an estimate for replacing the existing skirting with a brace in the middle to prevent wind from pushing it in. I got two other estimates and decided to go with these guys. I called and Rob told me that they were scheduling about two weeks out. He called me back a week later and gave me the date that they would be here. They showed up on the day they said and got about 60% of the job done. I was told they had a home move on the following day, but they would be back the day after. They showed up on the day as promised and finished up the project. When they finished the job up they had all of the trash picked up from the removal, the old skirting put back into place, and all of the gates closed up and locked for me. There are a few places that I have found that will give you a price, show up when they say, and do the job that you have contracted them for. His crew went above and beyond doing the work and cleaning up after. They did such a good job that I have hired them to do some more work for me. I'll follow up when I get the next project done."

"I love them. They have been servicing our house for 9 years. I know the guy and he knows my dogs. It is the same gentleman or another guy. If I call them out, they are so responsive. They are johnny on it and they are just right out. He has been doing my house forever. I trust him implicitly. If I'm not home, I tell them to go on it. They are great. We've been on a contract for 9 years. I just signed up a rental home for $90 a quarter for a total of $360 a year. I am very impressed by them. They are really nice when I call on the phone. They are really good people and I don't have to worry about them stealing anything. They are very responsive and I just love them. I don't have any need for anybody else. I have 3 rentals on contract with them."
