To be honest my expectations were low, but to my surprise the engineer, Alex, who conducted this work brought with him the kind of old-fashioned workmanship we once had in this country when a certain generation of Europeans were of working age. Alex spent no less than six hours cleaning every inch of a three-thermostat system. To make things better, he left the areas where he had worked in the apartment immaculate. During this lengthy time, Alex was highly professional, personable, and considerate of me and my space. "He assessed the problem quickly & told me exactly what happened. Unfortunately, it wasn't just an AC issue but a plumbing leak that caused the problem. The repair had to be done in stages but he was able fix it so we did have air immediately & didn't have to be uncomfortable while awaiting the plumbing being repaired. The job has since been completed & we are very pleased."
