They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. They had a new system replaced and installed in 1/2 a day, no mess left, no incidents during or after the repair or in the last year. They even made a make shift door to replace the wall they took out. The air works "SO GOOD" I have to turn the air up because it gets so cold. Or is it down?
