"Justin arrived at the scheduled time and demonstrated great customer service skills. He was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, seasoned and trained. He identified the problem, explained his plan of repair, and completed the repaired on my a/c. He then took the time to explain the repair step-by-step. This was superb HVAC service!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

"This company was so kind as to accept my service request on super short notice - RARE in the service industry right now. I sold my house, and was scheduled to move out of the home and out of the state the within 2 days when I noticed what looked like a small water leak under the kitchen sink (that could potentially give the buyer reason to refuse to close on the deal). THANKFULLY, Daniels Plumbing & A/C worked me in the next day, and took care of a minor issue so I was able to leave town with peace of mind. These folks are so personable, respectful, and AL, the service technician who came to my home, explained what he found and what he did, which I really appreciated! BEST plumbing repair experience for me, so far!"

"The customer service and repair was great."

"Jay describe to me what my different options would be for Servicing, and he was able to get the job done the same day I requested a quote, which was on Saturday and a full two days before we originally discussed. He resolved our issue very quickly and professionally, and gave me recommendations on how to handle any future issues. We will definitely use Reid's Quality Dervices for our air conditioner needs in the future."

"It was great and the service was fast"

"They took pictures of the burned coils etc., and the next morning they were here exactly when they said they would be. They had a new system replaced and installed in 1/2 a day, no mess left, no incidents during or after the repair or in the last year. They even made a make shift door to replace the wall they took out. The air works "SO GOOD" I have to turn the air up because it gets so cold. Or is it down? Regardless, they did an Excellent AAA***** job. Thanks guys. Well worth the money spent."
