"They were excellent and we were very happy with them. It was negotiated with the sellers and so we didn’t pay for it but I remember going through the bidding process and they were absolutely fair. It was a real great price. We had the home re-inspected after and the inspectors had actually taken pictures of it since it looks perfect. We were really pleased. They were in and out. We actually had a problem since one of the pipes while they were re-inspecting the cellar was restricting a little bit and they came out the next day or so and got everything sorted out. So, even after the fact, they were totally responsive. They were great. The price was very fair. It wasn’t the cheapest but it also wasn’t the most expensive. We had a very tight timeline and they came in and knocked it out. They cleaned everything up. They were prompt and did everything they were supposed to."

"Our sales associate Tim Brown was experienced, knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant to work with. He was also the one who came to our house to take measurements and prepare the quote. After experiencing a confusing quote process at HomeDepot with multiple parties involved it was important for us to have a single person for contact. The crew that came out to
install the flooring apparently was subcontracted and not fully informed about the scope of the work. It took a phone call with Tim to get them to do what was originally agreed. They did a fine job with the carpet on the stairs. The vinyl flooring itself was also done well. But the new quarter rounds, which they put where the vinyl meets the baseboards, where installed without removing silicone sealant left behind from the original quarter rounds.  The appearance was by far not ?like new? as Tim had promised during his visit. After contacting Tim about this issue he sent out their own installation crew for inspection. They agreed to our complaint and came back the same day to remove the old silicone in the areas of concern and apply a fresh silicone thread. This took them less than an hour. The end result is excellent and grade A. I gave the B rating for professionalism because a company, which has been in the business for so long, should get the installation right the first time. We would use Empire Carpet&Blinds again.

"Great customer service, our air went out and the technician arrived at our home promptly and even put shoe covers ok to protect my home. He quickly found we had a major problem with our 25 year old system. We had a comfort specialist come out who was very thorough and went over multiple replacement options. The very next day one of their installation teams had our new unit installed and it's so quiet and the house has never been this comfortable. We would recommend Dilling to anyone in the need of heating and cooling repairs. I would leave 10 stars if I could!"

Both service calls were a positive experience. I would urge anyone to call this company. They are nice men, professional and know their business.AC repair is not cheap.
