We were referred to First Call from our realtor who had very happy clients who had hired them in the past. Janice explained the entire process and Mike even educated us on how mold grows and how to understand the moisture readings during his assessment of our home. They took out only the wet and damaged parts of the home and worked around saving anything we can reuse or reinstall such as drop ceiling panels that were not damaged from water in our finished basement. They kept everything neat and organized and cleaned up very well during and after the demolition process. We are very satisfied with the mitigation services that they provided to our water damaged home. Even though we are still fighting to settle with our insurance company and are dealing with that stress, we feel completely at ease to know that the work that First Call did left the damaged areas of our home clean, dried of any moisture, and mold free. When the weather kept fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures (our home still doesn't have heat and water), we noticed condensation in our house like it was sweating. It was easy to pick up the phone and call Janice and the rest of the office team and heed their advice on how to relieve the moisture. Mike even came to the house to read the moisture and humidity levels and make sure everything was all right and put our minds at ease.
