Prestige’s installers were punctual, completed the job in less than four days, wore masks diligently while on site, properly protected the flooring and furnishings in the areas where the work occurred, cleaned up all debris at the end of each day's work, and did a very high-quality job on the installation. The company owner, Don Samuel, came by regularly to check on the progress of the job, and stayed in constant communication with us throughout to ensure our satisfaction. He also worked with us when we needed to move the schedule up by over two months on the installation of our three basement windows, and when there was a small mix-up in the main order causing us to reorder a few of the windows. Don and his Prestige team were a joy to work with on a project that could have been very invasive. Prestige stands behind their work and are so confident the customer will be pleased with the final product they don't require a down payment. Instead, full payment is expected once the owner gives final approval to the project. We are extremely pleased with how our new windows and door look and function."

We purchased a Pella Designer French Sliding Door with built-in mini-blinds. From the time we ordered the door to the time it was installed took just over five weeks. We love the door, and it has eliminated a draft. The DMD staff was professional and the installation was excellent. Provided two before photos and two after photos. We plan to replace another exterior door in the near future and we will be calling DMD again."
