"The install went smoothly. They made great progress each day. The installers never seemed to stop moving during the times we were home. They worked with us and adjusted schedules to allow us to replace flooring while the unit was out. They fixed several unrelated issues from the prior homeowner's botched installation and really appeared to go above and beyond. Added a smart thermostat we had purchased to new system and came back out the next day to address some issues with that. Everything was functioning great in the end. The only real comment or time I lifted a finger during the whole process was after the fact while checking out the install in the attic I noticed some of the insulation had not been re settled around some of the new required holes. I have a feeling they would have came back and fixed immediately, but in a few minutes I had put it all back myself. Looking forward to a much more comfortable winter."

"They came out the next business day and determined I needed a new water heater which they replaced the same day. Bryant was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I was very happy with their service. The only thing I would suggest is that if a customer makes a big purchase like this that they do not charge a service call."

"Marshall Mechanical did a fantastic job on a total hvac replacement. Will performed an in depth inspection on the hvac system of a home I was purchasing which subsequently gave me negotiating leverage for money towards a new system. Mark came out and quoted several options and gave honest recommendations of what would best fit our needs. After closing they performed extensive work and replaced the gas furnace, installed a heat pump (dual fuel system), added zoning for different floors, new thermostats, and added 5 new ducts and 1 cold air return. Eric and Patrick spent two full days on the extensive install. The project manager, owner, and a couple other employees also came by at different times to contribute. Every interaction I had with Marshall Mechanical employees was extremely positive. Everyone working on my install was kind and courteous, and I’m incredibly happy with the work performed. A large scale project like this was not cheap, but I think their pricing was fair and well worth it."

"EXCELLENT! Use Alpine Maintenance Group for air duct cleaning! We just had Sam and Michael from Alpine come and clean our air duct system. Never in my home ownership life had I found value in this type of service but we had other HVAC system work done and I figured it was worth a clean sweep (so to speak). The team showed up on time, were extremely professional, careful, efficient and helped us identify other issues within our system that were costing us significant amounts of money due to inefficient flow. I have had several other people look at our system as our heating/cooling costs have been simply too high for the size of the house. Nobody identified these issues until Sam showed up. I am most grateful!! Within 5 minutes we noticed the difference."
