He checked the furnace and thermostat and could find nothing wrong. He was honest and said he didnâ t want to start replacing things, but said he was just 15 minutes away if it happened again. He could have charged for things and we wouldnâ t have known any different, but he didnâ t. AJ has integrity and is honest. He discover and issue with the control board being in suspend mode and cleared the issue. Tested the unit to verify it was operating normally.
