"Paul and Andrew diagnosed that the back porch lamp had a rusted the socket.  They went to a building supply store, bought a similar fixture to the one that needed to be replaced, and were back quickly to install it.
They worked efficiently and professionally and were very personable. 
They also gave me a quote for what it would cost to replace the other outside light fixtures, which was very reasonable.  We will be calling them again for future electrical work.

"Robert called when he was enroute and arrived early. Hired him as an electrician for the day. During the day he replaced 2 ceiling fans and replaced 5 outside lights on the porch, garage, and back porch. He replaced a fuse for the ceiling fan, and changed out the front doorbell switch after trouble shooting it. He replaced a smoke detector and he replaced two light fixtures in our bathrooms. After completing all electrical work early, he gladly changed out a faucet in the powder room, and put up new 3-piece bathroom fixtures in all three bathrooms. All in a day's work. "We had our ancient oil-fired boiler replaced with a natural gas, modern unit and separate hot water heater. On the one hand, it seemed like anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. On the other, we are very happy with the end result. The reason for my excellent rating is that this company responded to all of the issues quickly and decently. When a water leak under the house and another issue caused us to be without water (and hot water) for a night, they sent us to a hotel and paid for it. The owner, Andy Anderson, is a stand up guy. The (many!) extra pieces of work that had to be done (some possibly caused by the workers, but equally possibly due to old piping in a 96 year old house) were done at no extra cost to us, because he stands by his company, the quality of work, and cares about his company's reputation. If one guy didn't know how to do something, another was sent to deal with it, and make it right. Andy saw to the final check personally, which meant a lot to us- the end result is a perfectly functioning boiler and hot water heater. We would highly recommend this company and we are very happy."

"Glenn visited us the Thursday prior to check on what we needed and to advice what supplies to get.  He was extremely helpful in using my smart phone to take a photo of the hanging ballasts so I could present this to the store assistant and thus avoid confusion.  He advised what other supplies we should get.  On September 2, Glenn was punctual, and immediately started on replacing the ballasts belonging to the two hanging strip lights in the basement.  He completed all tasks efficiently and well.  My husband and I highly recommend Glenn.  He is personable and knowledgeable and would definitely contact him again when we need help.

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."
